| Educational Qualification |
- Master’s Degree with 55% marks for administrative posts like Finance Officer and Deputy Registrar.
- Diploma in Civil Engineering for Junior Engineer (Civil).
- B.Sc Nursing with Nursing Council registration for Nursing Officer.
- Master’s Degree in relevant subject for Senior Technical Assistant posts.
- HSLC/10+2 qualifications required for Fieldman, Work Assistant, and Bus Conductor posts.

| Experience Requirement |
- Senior administrative posts require 5 to 15 years of experience.
- Nursing Officer and Senior Technical Assistant posts require minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Fieldman and Work Assistant posts require field experience in relevant discipline.
