(TSCBL), Agartala has released employment news notification for the recruitment of 03 Resource Person (General/Rural Banking Expert, Agriculture/Animal Husbandry Expert and General Banking Expert Vacancy. Resource Person 1: General I Rural Banking Expert
- No. of post: 01 (One)
- Basic Qualification: Post graduate in Business Management/Rural Management/ Cooperative Management.
- Additional Qualification: CAIIB certified candidates shall be given preference.
- Basic Experience: Not less than 10 years in Officer’s grade including 02 years experience in Scale III in Commercial Banks/Rural Cooperative Banks/Regional Rural Bank.
- Additional Experience: Weightage shall be given for each year of experience beyond 10 years.
Resource Person 2: Agriculture Expert
- No. of post: 01 (One)
- Basic Qualification: Graduation in Agriculture and Allied disciplines, viz; Minor Irrigation, Land Development, Farm Mechanization, Animal Husbandry, Fishery, Forestry, Food Processing, Bio-technology etc./B.Tech in Agriculture.
- Additional Qualification: Post Graduation in Agriculture and Allied discipline, viz; Minor Irrigation, Land Development, Farm Mechanization, Animal Husbandry, Fishery, Forestry, Food Processing, Bio—technology etc.
- Basic Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in technical capacity in line departments of State Govt./Central Govt. or ICAR/CSIR Institutions.
- Additional Experience: Weightage shall be given for each year of experience beyond 5 years.
Resource Person 3: Banking Officials
- No. of post: 01 (One)
- Basic Qualification: Graduate or Post Graduate in any discipline.
- Additional Qualification: CAIIB/CPCB-II (C-Pec)
- Basic Experience: Not less than 5 years in the Banking sector in Scale-II/III level of any Commercial Bank/RRB/Officers who have worked in technical capacity in line departments of State Govt/Central Govt. or ICAR/CSIR institutions.
- Additional Experience: Weightage shall be given for each year of experience beyond 5 years.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.60,000/- per month shall be paid to the Resource Person-I, Rs.45,000/- per month shall be paid to the Resource Person-2 and Rs.45,000/- per month shall be paid to the Resource Person – 3 as consultant fees subject to satisfactory performance of the desirable activities.
Age limit: Candidates shall be less than 50 to maximum up to 65 years (as on 31/12/2021).
