1. Post Name: Office Peon

• Scale of pay: Rs 12000 to 37500 + GP Rs 3900
• Educational Qualification: Class VIII pass . Candidates possessing educational qualification above H.S.S.L.C are deemed ineligible for the aforesaid post.
• Age Limit: Candidate must not be less than 18 years or more than 40 years of age as on 1st November 2021.
• Citizenship: Candidates must be a citizen of India as defined under Article 5 to 9 of the Constitution of India.

2. Post Name: Attached Peon

• No of posts: 5 [UR]
• Scale of pay: Rs 12000 to 37500 + GP Rs 3900
• Educational Qualification: Class VIII pass . Candidates possessing educational qualification above H.S.S.L.C are deemed ineligible for the aforesaid post.
• Age Limit: Candidate must not be less than 18 years or more than 40 years of age as on 1st November 2021.
• Citizenship: Candidates must be a citizen of India as defined under Article 5 to 9 of the Constitution of India.

• Interested and eligible candidates may apply in standard form of application as per Assam Gazette of Part-IX.
• Candidates have to send their application through post, superscribing the post applied for on the top of the envelope to the address “The Chief Judicial Magistrate, Tinsukia, PIN-786126, Assam“.
• The candidates may also submit their applications in the drop box placed at the office of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Tinsukia.
• The candidates have to submit self-attested photocopies of all relevant testimonials of educational qualification, age, experience, caste, employment exchange certificate, etc., and two recent passport size photographs along with the application.
