RDD Gangtok Recruitment 2022: Rural Development Department (RDD), Government of Sikkim, Gangtok has released employment news notification for the recruitment to the 05 Ombudsman Vacancy under Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act (MGNREGA Sikkim).

Ombudsman

  • No. of vacancy: 05 (Five)
  • Educational Qualification:
  1. The applicant should be a retired State Civil Service Officer not below the rank of Joint Secretary.
  2. The applicant should have experience in working with people and communities
  3. The applicant should have experience in implementing developmental programmes
  4. The applicant should not be a member of a political party
  5. The applicant must be physically active and capable of conducting field tours, inspections and visits to remote rural locations in all the four districts
  • Remuneration: Remuneration will be calculated at the rate of Rs.1500/- per sitting with maximum upper limit of Rs.30,000/- (Thirty thousand) per month. All 
  • Age: The age of the applicant as on 31st March, 2022 should not be more than 50 years.
