1. Deputy Director (Administration & Finance)

  • No. of vacancy: 02 (Two)
  • Educational Qualification: (i) An office in the rank of Senior Time Scale or Junior Administrative grade from the Indian Audit & Accounts Service or from any organized Central Accounts Service (GP-A) under Central Government including PSUs. (ii) An officer in the rank of Junior Grade (Treasury Officer)/Senior grade-II (Sr. Treasury Officer/Senior Grade-I (Jt Director) from Nagaland Finance and Accounts Service. (ii) An officer in the rank of Junior Grade (Treasury Officer)/Senior Grade-II (Sr. Treasury Officer/Senior Grade-I (Jt Director) from Nagaland Finance and Accounts Service.
  • Experience: (i) The candidate should have atleast 10 years of experience, preferably with experience of financial management, treasury management, accounting, internal and external audit. (ii) The incumbent should be familiar with Governmental and functioning for liaison and coordination.
  • Pay: Level-13 as per 7th CPC as well as deputation allowance as admissible. 
  • Age: Not above 55 years. The age limit would be relaxed by 3 years in exceptionally deserving cases.

2. Hospital Administrator

  • No. of vacancy: 01 (One)
  • Educational Qualification: Should possess a degree in Masters of Business Administration, obtained from any of the Universities established or incorporated by an Act of the Central or State Legislature in India or any other educational institution recognized as such or declared to be deemed as university under Section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956.
  • Experience: Should have 8-10 years of experience in relevant field.
  • Desirable: Preference may be given to a candidate having additional Degree/Diploma qualification in Hospital Administration.
  • Pay: Level-10 as per 7th CPC, inclusive of other allowance as admissible.
  • Age: Should not be less than 30 years of age and not more than 45 years of age.

3. Technical Consultant

  • No. of vacancy: 01 (One)
  • Educational Qualification: Should possess a degree in Masters of Business Administration, obtained from any of the Universities established or incorporated by an Act of the Central or State Legislature in India or any other Educational Institution recognized as such or declared to be deemed as university under Section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956.
  • Experience: Should have overall experience of 10-12 in relevant field.
  • Desirable: Preference for these appointments may be given to the candidates having Masters in Hospital Management, additional weightage will be given to Medical/Nursing background candidates, Administrative and Facility Planning experience in Medical College having good knowledge with the NMC regulation for least for 4-5 years.
  • Pay: Level-10 as per 7th CPC, inclusive of other allowance as admissible.
  • Age: Should not be less than 30 years of age and not more than 45 years of age.

4. Procurement Consultant

  • No. of vacancy: 01 (One)
  • Educational Qualification: Bachelor in procurement or Material or Supply Chain or Inventory management, Engineering/Technology and similar field from recognized university.
  • Experience: Should have minimum 5-7 years in relevant field.
  • Desirable: (a) Preference may be given to a candidate having additional Degree/ Diploma qualification in Material Management. (b) Should be proficient in computer using MS office and other relevant software.
  • Pay: Level-10 as per 7th CPC, inclusive of other allowance as admissible.
  • Age: Should not be less than 30 years of age and not more than 45 years of age.
