Meghalayan Age Ltd Recruitment 2022: The Meghalayan Age Ltd (MAL) invites applications from the eligible candidates in prescribed format to fill up the Administrative Coordinator and Account position on a contractual basis. Interested and eligible candidates may apply before 25th March 2022.

1. Post Name:- Assistant Administrative Officer

  • No of posts:- 1 (One)
  • Place of Posting:  Selected candidate shall be posted in Shillong
  • Age limit:- Up to 35 years.
  • Salary:- Rs.24,000/-per month.
  • Educational Qualification:- Minimum of a Graduate.
  • Experience:- Minimum 05 years of experience in office administration work specially in Government sector.
  • Job Responsibilities:
  1. Responsible for managing office services by ensuring office operations and procedures are organized, correspondences are controlled, filing systems are maintained, supply requisitions are reviewed and approved and that clerical functions are properly managed.
  2. Supervise a large diversified administrative program, which may involve coordinating the work performed in several separate locations.
  3. Ability to support both external and internal stakeholders through accurate reporting and communication.
  4. Ability to develop work methods and procedures, and modifying existing procedures that will accommodate an ever- changing environment.

  3. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish working relations with various teams.

  • Salary:- Rs.17,000/-per month.
  • Educational Qualification:- Minimum of a graduate
  • Job Responsibilities:
  1. Sound knowledge of office administration.
  2. Point person for maintenance, mailing, supplies, equipment, bills and errands.
  3. Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
  4. Manage relationships with vendors, service providers and landlords, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time.
  5. Provide assistance to staff, managers, and senior-level officers as needed.
  6. Receive and forward communications to different staff and departments.
  7. Perform clerical duties, such as filing, answering phone calls, and responding to emails

  • No of posts:- 2 (Two)
  • Place of Posting:  Selected candidate shall be posted in Shillong
  • Age limit:- Up to 35 years.
  • Salary:- Rs.17,000/-per month.
  • Educational Qualification:- Minimum of a B.com or a Finance & Accounting graduate
  • Experience:- Minimum 03 years of experience as an accountant
  • Job Responsibilities:
  1. To organize, inspect and maintain financial and tax documents.
  2. Monitor and report on accounting discrepancies.
  3. Responsible for financial audits, reconciling bank statements, and ensuring financial records are accurate throughout the year.
  4. Manage all accounting transactions.
  5. Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary.
  6. Comply with financial policies and regulations.
  1. Work Experience as an Accountant.
  2. Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
  3. Hands-on experience with accounting software like Tally and office software packages (MS Word, Excel, PPT, etc.).
  4. Strong written and verbal communication.
  5. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish working relations with various teams.

Remuneration for Meghalayan Age Ltd Recruitment 2022: Administrative Coordinator and Account Vacancy

  • The monthly emolument is mentioned in the above column.
  • House Rent Allowance (HRA) & Mobile Allowance will be included additionally as may be admissible from time to time.
  • Duration of Contract: The above positions are on contractual basis.
  • The duration of contract will be for a period of 01 (one) year. The contract may be renewed subject to the performance satisfaction of MAL and continuance of the project you are engaged with.
  • A detailed document of terms and conditions of engagement would be provided to the selected candidates and a deed agreement would have to be signed by the selected candidate with the MAL to that effect.
