- Educational Qualification:- Post Graduate in any discipline from a Govt. recognized institute. (Preference will be given to a candidate having experience with Rural Development/ Rural Management Programme)
- Experience:– At least 10 years post qualification work experience in any reputed organization/ government program belonging to Skill Development, Rural Development or related fields
- Language Proficiency:- English, Hindi, Khasi, Garo
