• Education Qualification: Master Degree/Post Graduate Diploma (Minimum 2 Years duration) in any discipline from Govt. recognized institution and trained in procurement norms of Government (GFR) (Educational qualification may be relaxed for candidates having more than 15 years of experience in Procurement in management position).
• Experience: 15 years’ experience in Procurement preferably in Government of semi-Government organization or Public Sector Unit or Commercial organization of repute in management position.
• IT Skills: The candidate shall be proficient in the use of Internet based applications, Office Package (MSWord, MS-Excel, MS-Power Point) and other related applications.

• Candidates having PDPP or CPPP from World Bank will be preferred.
• Candidates with hands-on experience of eprocurement/ GEM/ e-tender in Govt. are preferred.
• Working Experience in Heath Sector related Organizations or Departments is preferred although not compulsory.
• Working experience in logistics management organizations, preferably in biomedical equipment, drugs and consumables, etc. or similar is desirable.
• Candidates shall have knowledge on various the GFR, CVC Guidelines, as well as the State specific Procurement Acts & Rules.
• Experience of working in complex, multi stakeholder, fast moving environment and ability to work under pressure, respecting strict deadlines and multi-tasking.

• • MBA/PGDM in HR from a recognized university/institution.
  • Minimum 10 years of post qualification work experience in recruitment & other HR functions.
  • Experience in HR functions in logistics management organizations is desirable.
  • Computer proficiency in MS-Office – Word, Power Point and advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
  • Ability to complete multiple tasks under pressure and should be a team player.
  • Knowledge of governmental recruitment, filling process and procedure in Human Resource management will be an advantage.
  • Desirable Knowledge of law related to human resource.

• • C.A/I.C.W.A/MBA (Finance) with minimum 5 years post qualification work experience in handling financial matters/audit matters in reputed organizations.
  • Experience of Govt. Procedures of Finance and Audit is essential
  • Computer proficiency in any financial FRP will be a desirable qualification.
  • Excellence in verbal & written communication skills are essential.

• • M.Tech/MCA/BE (IT)/BE (Computer Science)/M.Sc (IT)/M.Sc (Computer Science)/DOEAC B Level or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of logistics.
  • Minimum 4 years experience in software development.
  • Should have experience of software development using open Source Technology, Programming, handling DVDMS
  • Preference will be given to persons with mobile application development/GIS related application development.

• Education Qualification & Experience: Retired Deputy Accountant General (Audit) from the office of the Principal Accountant General (Audit) 

Or,  Retired AFS officers not below the rank of Jt. Director/Sr. Financial Advisor/Joint Director (Audit Services) 

Or,  Qualified CA with 5 years’ post qualification experience in internal/statutory audit.

• Remuneration: Rs.50000-65000/- per month
• Age: Up to 62 years as on 1st October 2021 (Relaxable for suitable candidates).
